Hey there, I'm Cindy!

I couldn't find help for my symptoms & weight gain. So, I wanted to become the help for other women.

I never connected the dots that all of the symptoms I was experiencing were related to perimenopause.  I just felt old.


It was frustrating because I worried that I would always feel like that.


Now that I understand what's happening in my body & how to help myself, I feel better than I did in my 40's.

I created a program that attacks menopause symptoms and weight gain where they start.  Understanding the root cause makes it so much easier to treat and reduce them.  I categorize symptoms and most fall into 4 main areas we can treat:

  • Pelvic / GSM issues
